I am in-network with select insurance plans, including:

Molina Medicaid

Blue Cross Blue Shield

Aetna

United Health Care Commercial

I also accept private pay clients. If you are using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Private Pay Rate

My standard private pay rate is $150 per 53–60 minute session.

Private pay allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and continuity of care without the limitations of insurance-based requirements. I accept most major credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Sliding Scale:

My sliding scale slots are currently full. If you would like to join my waitlist, please send me an email. I would be happy to put you on the waitlist and reach out when an opening comes up.

A Note:

Your time is important, and so is mine. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
